An easy summer recipe to make in the summer is a Farro Mediterranean Style salad. Farro is an ancient grains which cooks in 10 minutes. Chewy and nutty- this grain makes a delicious base for fresh ingredients such as juicy cucumber, dried tomatoes and smokey red peppers. Fresh parsley adds brightness to the dish and the feta-some more flavor without using the side shaker.
